Appearance Inspection
Before the equipment leaves the factory, a visual inspection is first carried out on the appearance of all the supplied products. The inspection covers the following aspects: whether the paint color of the equipment is uniform, whether the surface is smooth, whether there are scratches or collision damages, whether all weld seams are polished clean, whether there are burrs and residual welding slag, whether the equipment structure is reasonable and aesthetic, whether the chassis is stable, and whether the wiring of the electrical control part is neat and free of potential hazards.
Tightness Inspection
In the factory, the oxygen generation equipment is connected with the air compressor and air pretreatment equipment, and the entire system is put into trial operation to check for air leakage in the pipelines and valves of the oxygen generator.
Electrical Control and Instrument Inspection
During the trial operation of the equipment in our factory, the electrical control system is tested for normal operation in accordance with the methods specified in this manual, and the functionality of all pressure gauges, flow meters and other instruments is verified.
Technical Index Testing
In the factory, the oxygen generation equipment is connected with the air compressor and air pretreatment equipment under simulated operating conditions and requirements identical to those of the user’s complete oxygen generation system. The entire system is put into trial operation to detect key parameters of the oxygen generator, such as actual gas production capacity, purity and dew point, so as to confirm whether the equipment meets the technical indicators specified in the contract.
Equipment Packaging and Inventory Check
After completing the factory acceptance test of all supplied equipment and before the shipment of the complete set of equipment, the equipment that requires packaging will be packed in a manner suitable for transportation.
