Today, the editor from Zhongheng is going to introduce the system process of industrial oxygen generators to you. Wuxi Zhongheng Gas Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a specialized enterprise engaged in the manufacturing of gas separation equipment. Boasting advanced technological advantages in the nitrogen generator industry, we have earned a high reputation in the sector and among high-tech entities in various fields by virtue of our concentration-driven expertise, cutting-edge technology, and high-quality, efficient services.
Compressed Air Purification Unit
The compressed air supplied by the air compressor is first fed into the compressed air purification unit. Initially, most of the oil, water, and dust in the compressed air are removed by the pipeline filter. Subsequently, the refrigerated dryer further eliminates water, while the precision filter removes residual oil and dust. Finally, the ultra-precision filter that follows performs deep purification of the air.
Air Storage Tank
The air storage tank serves to reduce air flow pulsation and play a buffering role, thereby minimizing pressure fluctuations in the system. This allows the compressed air to pass through the compressed air purification unit smoothly, ensuring the thorough removal of oil and water impurities and reducing the load on the subsequent PSA oxygen-nitrogen separation device.
Oxygen-Nitrogen Separation Device
There are two dedicated adsorption towers (Tower A and Tower B) filled with molecular sieves. When the purified compressed air enters Tower A from the inlet end and flows towards the outlet end through the molecular sieve, nitrogen (N₂) is adsorbed, and product oxygen is discharged from the outlet end of the adsorption tower. After a certain period of operation, the molecular sieve in Tower A reaches adsorption saturation. At this point, Tower A automatically stops the adsorption process, and the compressed air is redirected to Tower B for nitrogen adsorption and oxygen production, while the molecular sieve in Tower A undergoes regeneration.
Oxygen Buffer Tank
The oxygen buffer tank is used to balance the pressure and purity of the oxygen separated from the oxygen-nitrogen separation system, ensuring a stable and continuous supply of oxygen.
