Nitrogen Generator for the Electronics Industry

Workshop Equipment Introduction
Oxygen generators or nitrogen generators first obtain compressed air by means of screw air compressors. Then, the compressed air is dehumidified in air-cooled refrigerated dryers, followed by further deep drying in micro-thermal adsorption dryers. Various grades of filters for dust and oil removal are installed along the pipelines. Finally, the processed air enters the main unit of the PSA nitrogen generator for nitrogen production. The generated nitrogen is stored in nitrogen buffer tanks and applied in a wide range of industries such as pharmaceuticals, food processing, coal mining and automobile manufacturing.
The air compressors, dryers and PSA nitrogen generators all adopt an integrated skid-mounted design, which facilitates transportation and installation.
The overall air guide pipes of the PSA nitrogen generator have been fully upgraded to stainless steel, ensuring greater robustness and durability. The door panel of the electric control box is equipped with a Kunlun integrated touch screen and a nitrogen-oxygen analyzer. The nitrogen outlet is fitted with an SMC flowmeter, allowing clear visualization of nitrogen purity and flow rate. The interior of the electric control box is controlled by a Siemens PLC, and the 4G artificial intelligence Internet of Things enables convenient remote operation.
Air tanks are installed both between the air compressor and the refrigerated dryer, and between the micro-thermal adsorption dryer and the PSA nitrogen generator, which can stabilize the pressure of the gas entering the equipment. A nitrogen booster can be added at the rear end to increase the nitrogen supply pressure.
The maximum nitrogen flow rate of Zhongheng Gas PSA nitrogen generators can reach 3,000 m³/h, and the maximum oxygen flow rate of the oxygen generators can reach 5,000 m³/h.
